Public Meeting

The City of Greenfield will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Photon Automation, 275 Center Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. The purpose of the meeting will be to gather preliminary comments on a proposed park and performance area generally called Depot Street Park. The proposed location of the park is on property owned by the City of Greenfield Parks Department, on Depot Street between Riley Avenue and Pennsylvania Street.

Depot Street Park was first introduced at the current proposed location in the 2018 Capital Improvements Plan. Comments and considerations will help guide the design process and creation of a formal design for the park. Staff from the Planning Department, Parks Department, and Context Design, consultants for the project, will be available to answer questions and take comments.

Local attendance at this meeting is encouraged for feedback on the signature park to guide design concepts. Information related to previous concepts of this project are available for review at the Planning and Engineering Office located on the second floor of City Hall, 10 S State Street, Greenfield, IN 46140 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

For additional information concerning the proposed project, please contact Jenna Wertman at 317-325-1333, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
